Very
simply, when installed in an m906 system, the downmix option creates a
stereo L+R mix from a 5.1 source. All standard Dolby mix ratios are
supported and can be calibrated by the user for both center and surround
channels. This option will be available on new units from the factory
and is also offered as an upgrade to existing units in the field. Please
note that an existing customer who wants this option will need to return
his/her unit to the factory for this upgrade.
