    WHAT IS A DEMO ITEM?
    A demo item simply means we've had it out of the box to demonstrate to another customer on site or sent to their premise to hear in their own studio for a few days, therefore it is no longer factory sealed. All demo items we sell come with a full manufacturer's warranty and have been evaluated by our factory authorized technical staff to ensure your "demo" purchase is in perfect working order before we ship it to you. No need to worry as you will have piece of mind knowing that our return policy applies to all demo items.

    HOW DOES YOUR DEMO PROGRAM WORK?
    It's simple. Once you have decided on an item(s) you are interested in demonstrating with your own facility, contact our sales staff at 1-877-653-1184 x 2 or info@vintageking.com. A credit card will be needed to run a "hold" on your account to secure the items. Once the items are sent to you, a 7 day trial period will be granted from the day of shipment. Any items returned after the said period could result in a 20% restocking fee or charge of the full purchase price. If you elect to keep the items, your credit card with be charged at the time of confirmation or refunded upon receipt of the returned items. Please make certain to obtain a Return Authorization from your sales representative prior to returning your order, otherwise, your order may not be refunded.

    WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
    Please be aware that pro audio is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to prevent damaged items and pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us.

    If an item arrives damaged, make certain you examine all boxes before acceptance. The delivering agent MUST note damage to any cartons on the release form or refuse acceptance. Notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange and expedite an insurance claim. Vintage King is not responsible for any denied shipping claims. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.

    Until you are happy, we are not happy. If there is a problem with your order or you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you.
    New and Demo Products Full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned prepaid in its original condition within 10 days from the time of the shipping date; otherwise a re-stocking fee may be charged.
    Vintage/Used Products We provide a 3 day trial period at which time can be returned if not satisfied. Full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned prepaid in its original condition within 7 days from the time of the shipping date; otherwise a re-stocking fee may be charged.
    Non Refundable Items Products like software, personal items such as headphones etc, and special order items are not returnable.
    There are no refunds on any items that have been tampered with, have signs of wear or use, or without original carton. Returns must be complete with original packaging, including accessories and documentation such as owner's manual, warranty card, software, quick start guides and so forth.
    Warranty Items Shipping costs for warranty items are responsibility of the consumer. Prior authorization required. No refunds are allowed on any items that have been tampered with or physically altered from original conditions.

    WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
    Your credit card will be charged upon fulfillment of your order. When items are on an extended backorder, we will not charge your credit card until shipped. Orders such as used, vintage, special order, non stocking items or certain boutique products may require a deposit. Our sales team will be certain to provide the details needed when such a purchase may arise.

    We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Online orders typically process within 24 hours of order placement. Additional payment methods include, check, cashier's check, PayPal, bank wire, Western Union and E-check. There is a 5–7 business day hold placed on all checks received.     HOW LONG DOES VINTAGE OR USED GEAR TAKE TO SHIP?
    Please consult your sales representative who will provide a delivery estimate based upon the item(s) you are interested. Different items require different needs depending upon condition, complexity and any custom requests.

    WHY IS THERE NO PRICING FOR USED ITEMS?
    It is our policy to not list our used prices. Until our technical staff can access the gear and determine the condition, the value is unknown. Our rates are competitively priced but with the added value of a warranty and return policy.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    In stock items normally ship within 48 hours after an order has been placed. If you order by credit card your card will be charged as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods to Vintage King for a refund. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to you and return shipping costs to Vintage King. For orders paid by check, please allow two weeks to receive your refund check.
