  Insurance Costs
Insurance costs are not included in order total and will be added when your order is processed at .50 cents per $100.

Pricing
Pricing on Quote and Sales orders are eligible for a two week period at which time are subject to change. Any alteration to the makeup of this quote/order can change pricing at any time. Changes in MSRP may alter the price of your order

Demo Items
If a Demo order has not been returned within the allotted trial period provided, Vintage King reserves the right to charge the credit card given to place a "hold" at the time the demo order was created. If Vintage King is unable to contact a client by email or phone after a more than 2 attempts to return a Demo order that has surpassed the due date, the full amount of the transaction will be charged. In the event the customer calls after the card has been charged, up to a 20% administration fee will be applied when the item is finally returned.

Delivery Times
All new Items ship within 48 business hours of your order unless notified otherwise. All used item delivery times vary depending upon the item. Please refer to your sales rep for delivery guidelines or customer service with a used web order.

Warranty
Shipping costs for warranty items are responsibility of the consumer. Prior authorization required. No refunds are allowed on any items that have been tampered with or physically altered from original conditions.

Return Policy
NEW items have a 7 day return period (software not included). Vintage/Used products have a 3 day trial period at which time can be returned if not satisfied. No refunds on ANY items that have been tampered or without original carton. Return freight costs paid by customer. Prior authorization required. A 20% restocking fee may apply to all purchases. Used and Vintage items are subject to a 5% processing fee if cancelled before delivery!

Special Orders
Special Orders are non-cancelable/ non-returnable.

Damaged Goods
VKA is not responsible for damage during shipment. Examine items before accepting. Delivering agent must note damage on release form or refuse acceptance. Notify and make immediate claim w/ shipping courier. Notify us once claim is processed and we will help expedite matters. Always save original shipping carton(s). Consumer soley responsible for claims.

International Orders or Payments

Payments for orders received outside of the United States are accepted by Bank Wire, Check, PayPal or Echeck (via PayPal). Credits cards are only accepted when accounts can be verified in your country. All payments must clear before shipments leave our premise. Since import taxes and/or duties that your government might impose on products shipped from the United States may apply, you, the recipient, are solely responsible for shipping charges, taxes, and duties, once goods arrive in your country.

Payment Methods (domestic)

C.O.D:
Sorry, all C.O.D orders must be shipped on Vintage King Audio's account. We cannot collect funds when using your account.

Checks: All checks (including cashiers checks and money orders) must clear before any orders or merchandise can be sent out.

Bank Wire: B ank details will be provided upon request. We cannot ship until bank wires have been confirmed. Please fax us a copy of the wire transaction provided by your bank to speed up this process. Bank wire fees are the sole responsibility of the sender. Accordingly, please send a $20 incoming bank processing fee in addition to your payment. Email lindsay@vintageking.com for bank wire details.

Credit Card: Credit card payments will be processed for the full amount before any labor is performed on Used/Vintage items . We can only ship your order to the address to which the credit card is issued. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which are the same as your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will delay the processing of your order. In addition, you will have to sign for your package.

Vintage King Audio retains the right to refuse credit card purchases at any time and is subject to Vintage King Audio's approval. Credit card charges for larger transactions may be denied and could require alternate payment . Vintage King Audio also retains the right to charge any customer credit card on file to pay for overdue accounts.

Shipping Methods
All charges include shipping, handling, and insurance. C.O.D Items can ONLY be sent via Vintage King Audio's shipping account. Duties and taxes are not included. Consumer is responsible for freight costs to/from Vintage King, including and not restricted to, returns, demo's, damage, warranty or repair items.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided if available. Items shipping from another location or direct from the manufacturer may delay shipping and tracking information. Please allow one business day for the carrier to update tracking information. Certain items may be back ordered and shipped at a later date, shipped in another package, or shipped separately from the manufacturer. You will receive additional email confirmation(s) when remaining items have shipped and notified in the event of delay. Sales Tax Michigan , Nashville and California residents will be subjected to taxes. Please inquire. Demo Orders Up to a 5% processing fee may apply. Please inquire for further details.
